The Value of Bar-Ilan

Bar-Ilan is the only institution that successfully unites world-class research and academic excellence with Jewish values and heritage.

In today’s rapid, chaotic world, one question becomes increasingly vital: How do we ensure that advancement in every field – from artificial intelligence to medical research, from law to education – remains guided by timeless values and ethical principles?

Bar-Ilan University, students, faculty and researchers don’t just ask this question – they live its answer every day.

Bar-Ilan is Israel’s fastest-growing university for good reason. It is the only institution that successfully unites world-class research and academic excellence with Jewish values and heritage. Across ten diverse faculties – from Engineering to Humanities, from Medicine to Jewish Studies (the largest faculty of its kind in the world) – students and researchers are breaking new ground while remaining rooted in Jewish wisdom and values.

Consider what makes Bar-Ilan truly exceptional:

• Over 70 research institutes where 700 leading researchers are tackling humanity’s greatest challenges – from personalized medicine to sustainable energy, from cybersecurity to social justice

• The largest Faculty of Jewish Studies in the world, cultivating the next generation of Jewish leadership

• A proven track record of excellence, with 24 Israel Prize laureates and over 130,000 alumni making impacts globally

• A commitment to innovation in teaching, with the newly established Division of Learning and Teaching implementing cutting-edge educational methods

Your support will reinforce how Bar-Ilan weaves Jewish thought and ethics into every discipline. In our laboratories, researchers develop brain cancer treatments using nanotechnology while engaging with Jewish medical ethics.

In its law clinics, students provide pro-bono legal services while studying Jewish approaches to justice. This unique synthesis creates graduates who bring both professional excellence and ethical depth to their fields.

There has never been a greater need for lasting impact guided by timeless values. Your gift to CFBIU will help more students create that impact.
